Although costs can vary depending on the unique situations and needs of individual clients, we feel it's important to be as up-front as we possibly can be about what our services cost, no matter how much or how little someone may have. Package details and costs for some of the more common services we provide are listed below.
Revocable Living Trust Package for Individual: $1,200
Includes:
- Revocable Living Trust
Standard Documents and Services
- Pourover Will
- Durable Power of Attorney for Property
- Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care
- Deed or ABI to transfer real estate to trust (additional fees for more that one deed or ABI)
- HIPPA Authorization
- Language template regarding titled assets (bank, brokerage and market accounts, stocks, bonds and mutual funds) and regarding beneficiaries with respect to insurance, retirement plans and annuities.
- All necessary consultations
Revocable Living Trust Package for Married Couple (1 trust): $1,600
Includes:
- Single Revocable Living Trust shared by husband and wife without estate-tax planning and a full set of other documents for each individual. Only for estates highly unlikely to be subject to estate taxes.

Revocable Living Trust Package for Married Couple (2 trusts): $2,200
Includes:
- Full set of documents for two Revocable Living Trusts with applicable exclusion shelter or disclaimer trust provisions.

Simple Will Package from $600
Includes:
- Will (additional fee for Testamentary Trusts)
- Durable Power of Attorney for Property
- Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care
- Stand Alone HIPAA Authorization
Irrevocable Insurance Trust: $1,000 - $1,600
Includes:
Irrevocable Discretionary Third Party and Self Settled Supplemental Special Needs Trusts: from $1000 - $3000
Includes:
- Irrevocable Supplemental Special Needs Trust
- Language needed by parents and/or other family members in order to make gifts to the Trust
- EIN number
- Submission to appropriate governmental agencies and follow-up work done on hourly basis
Irrevocable Probate and Post-Death Trust Administration: Hourly

Other legal matters are also handled on an hourly basis. Prices are subject to change without notice. Retainer is due at the time of hire. The balance is due when the documents have been executed. Discounts and payment plans available based on need and circumstances.
